This weekend will include a Harry Potter Themed Party, multiple "team" contests, a scavenger hunt in Salem, MA (along with other fun games), a local haunted house, a ghost walking tour, day in Salem (free-time), a fun photoshoot and of course equal sessions of Gi and No gi,. Basically, this is the Ultimate Halloween, and harry Potter, fan's dream weekend. 

This is a PREMIUM CAMP: Limited to 14 Campers and 4 Professors.  

‍Closest Airports: 

Boston Logan, JFK, LaGuardia. Please note, many of our campers car pool and discuss rides to and from the airport after registration.  This is actually a really easy process.

Accommodations

Accommodations are in an English Manor just outside of Salem.  The house is as pictured above.  While at camp, students have full access to the property and all of its amenities. This house is almost 8,000 square feet.  In other words, there is a lot of space to spread out, find a quiet nook to read, coffee on the patio, etc.  We always encourage our campers to be as social, or anti-social, as they like.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Campers will share beds, unless they reserve their own bed in the add-on section.  In reserving your own bed, we cannot guarantee the size.

Bathrooms: 

Campers will share bathrooms.  We just ask that people are respectful and guests do not occupy common/shared bathrooms for prolonged periods of time.

Food: 

All Breakfast will be provided.  Two dinners will be provided (Friday and Sat. Night) One Lunch will be provided.  We will be eating out for 1 lunch and 1 dinner of which ARE NOT covered in your camp fee.  Additionally, please note: we do tell campers that they can bring as much food as they like to add to what we are making.  Typically, campers bring things to pass and share.  this makes for a really special camp experience where the food is extra yummy and heart-felt.

Refunds:  

DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU CAN ATTEND. At this time We are NOT being flexible on any refunds.  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We have been too flexible for the past few years and can no longer accommodate request.  This is going to sounds harsh, but in the event of a death, cancer, COVID, or otherwise...basically the worst thing you can think of....please don't email us and ask for your money back or to move a credit to future camps.  I am going to refer you back to this paragraph. The ONLY option you have is to find someone to take your place and they can pay you. Thank you for being so understanding.

House Introductions

Upon arrival you will be escorted to your house's dormitory.  You will meet your fellow house members and start to bond. Harry Potter Themed Snacks will be available pre-training as well as coffee.  Icebreaker and training session 1.

Saturday Day 2

Harry Potter Themed Party

Begin the day with a nice breakfast followed by training session 2.  As a house, we will embark on a local excursion for the evenings festivities. Training session 3 will be followed by a Harry Potter Themed Party.  Think bubbling cauldrons, contests, house games and tasty treats.  The evening will culminate in a local haunted house.

Sunday Day 3

Exploring Salem & Scavenger Hunt

After morning training sessions (4/5) and breakfast, we will depart for Salem, MA.  We will be spending the entire day taking in all that it has to offer during its magical Haunted Happenings.  House Teams will partake in an epic scavenger hunt to secure ingredients for a potion to defeat an evil adversary.  After the hunt, teams will be free to aimlessly wander the town, shop and eat.  We will stay until the evening and partake in a ghost walking tour.

Monday - Day 4

Farewells

We will partake in one last training session, followed by a departure light breakfast.  Say our farewells, shed a few tears...and be on our separate ways, until next time of course.
